CustomerServ Partners With Consero Group for Customer Experience Webinar

On April 22nd, CustomerServ partnered with Consero Group for their inaugural Customer Experience Virtual Knowledge Bridge. This webinar enabled us to speak to fellow customer experience and call center leaders from leading US and global brands. 

During our breakout discussion, we explored the value of proactive leadership during crises, methods for keeping morale high, and ways to handle disruptions to internal and outsourced call centers. We were honored to share our ideas and experiences with fellow leaders in the customer experience and call center community.
