Ray is a global go-to-market expert, CX and BPO industry leader, adviser and strategist based in London. Ray supports CustomerServ globally with a focus on the EMEA region, drawing on deep expertise in CX design and transformation.
Ray’s most recent role was as Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas region at Foundever ($4.3bn BPO), where he had P&L responsibility and oversight for the sales, solutions, bid management, revenue operations and growth marketing organization.
Prior to this, Ray led Capgemini’s Travel and Hospitality vertical in the UK—operating across 7 strategic offers, including digital CX, business model realignment and cyber operations. Before joining Capgemini, Ray spent several years helping to scale Boxever's SaaS brand from start-up to its current market leader position in real-time predictive analytics and omni-channel personalization for airlines.
Ray and Nick Jiwa, CustomerServ’s Founder and President, share a passion for Chelsea FC and CX. A rare combination of interests that was a lightening rod when they first met. Ray is married with 3 daughters and his interests (outside of Chelsea FC and CX) include cooking, walking his 2 dogs and traveling at every opportunity.
