Linda’s impressive career in the call center and BPO industry spans 20 years, primarily in client solutions and business development. Linda spent many years in leadership roles at companies like Sony, and in senior business development and advisory roles at large and medium sized global call center BPO vendors.
Linda understands that today’s call center and BPO outsourcing buyers want solutions, not sales pitches. And throughout her career Linda has always endeavored to provide the right solution, even if it meant saying “no” to clients that her company could not service. Her high integrity style and penchant for client success enabled her to build an impressive track record for clients ranging from high profile larger buyers of outsourcing to mid-level and newer buyers. Linda has been very successful in new client development and organic client growth across multiple industries including IoT, financial services, ecommerce, retail, healthcare, travel, energy and others.
Among her many talents, Linda’s major strength is leading business development teams and developing strong personal relationships with her clients by delivering on her promises. Linda lives in Indianapolis, IN and she’s a proud grandmother, mother and wife. Linda enjoys the outdoors and is a big supporter for well-being of all animals.
